Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, local taxes etc. The tour price excludes laundry, room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, portages, excess baggage insurance, tips and all other items of a personal nature. |

In the event that accommodation in the selected hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of similar standard. Unless specifically mentioned, all rooms will be on 'run-of house' basis |

Baggage may be transported by luggage vans to your hotel or airport, which means your bag will travel separately from you and may arrive at the hotel or airport at a later time. A ground handling charge of S$5.00 will be imposed for each piece of excess, outsized or bulky baggage; for example boxes, crates golf sets etc. |

Unless specifically mentioned, transportation is provided in an air-conditioned bus or a minibus. Upon arrival at Changi airport Passengers on SIA Holidays Program, please go to SIA Singapore Stopover Holiday Counter located in Terminal 2 for your airport- hotel transfers. For return journeys, please reserve hotel-airport transfers at least 24 hours ahead. |

It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain a passport valid for at least 6 months and visas (if required), for the country to be visited. Please consult your travel agent or local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. Our company cannot be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country. |

Following fee (per person) will be charged if you cancel after the documents have been issued
1.Cancellation within 2days (48hours) prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total package price ( per person).
2.No Show fee will be charged 100% of total package price.
3.Refund fee will be charged KRW 20,000 per person for refund of your flight ticket, regardless of package price |

No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused ground transportation, meals and accommodation. |

Amendment within 3days prior to arrival will be charged SGD 20 on each amendment

All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by Tradewinds Tours and Travel (hereinafter referred to as The Company) through appointed agents only.
All exchange orders receipts and contracts issued by The Company are subject to any and/or all tariffs and terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by hotels, transport companies, owners or contractors concerned.
By acceptance of such exchange orders, receipts and contracts, the passenger deemed to have agreed to the foregoing.
Every person participating in any tour organised by The Company shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property.
The traveler accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, terrorism, quarantine or acts of God.
The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibilities of the passengers.
Neither The Company shall nor their employees or agents assisting or collaborating with them, is liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise in any way whatsoever during the tour.
The Company is only an acting agent for the holiday components and will not be held responsible for any charges, acts of discretion or inconvenience caused by our suppliers and appointed agents. In no case shall The Company or their employees or agents be liable for any causes outside their reasonable control or from any act or omission of the customer.
In no event shall the liability of The Company or their employees or agents in respect of any loss or damage other than death or personal injury exceed as an absolute maximum the price of the tour in question.
The Company reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the passenger if it shall in its sole and absolute discretion think this fit or in case of force majeure.
Any limitations, which apply to the company's liability in respect of transportation as a result of the Warsaw Convention ( in amended or unamended form ), shall apply for the benefits of the organizer and seller of the tour. |

After commencement of travel no refund, either in full or in part, will be given for unutilised services included in the programme. Claims involving refunds require supporting evidence of cancellation and passengers are required to inform THAI'S Royal Orchid Holidays in writing within 30 days of the last flown THAI flight. |

We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy. Please ask your travel agent, or Thai Airways International for the policies they have available, or speak to your own insurance broker. |

THAI, hereinafter called "the Airline" acts only as agent for the person or companies providing accommodation, transport or other services, hereinafter called "Service Providers" and the Airline issues all coupons, vouchers, tickets or other documents on the Service Providers' terms and conditions. The tour member acknowledges that neither the Airline, nor its subsidiaries, affilited companies, servants or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or propert, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Provider or by "force majeure" or other events beyond the Airline's control, including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God, Acts of Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes.The Airline shall not be liable for, or responsible to, any tour member in the event of dissatisfaction based on personal opinion regarding the standard of service or accommodation provided by any Service Provider nor be liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. The Airline will only acknowledge liability in the case of proven justified complaints relating to specific and tangible inadequacies of facilities, accommodation or services provided. In the event of such a complaint the passenger is requested to immediately contact the local Royal Orchid Holidays representative or Service Provider, hotel etc., for remedial action to resolve any problem or irregularity at that time. Only if such a complaint has been lodged will the Airline consider to fully investigate and act on any complaint. |
